At Prezzo, we're lucky enough to be led by our own inspiring female leader, Karen Jones (pictured), and so understand the vital role women play within the world of hospitality.
Prezzo supports International Women's Day because whether deliberate or unconscious, bias makes it difficult for women to move ahead. Knowing that bias exists isn’t enough, action is needed to level the playing field.
Together, we can all break the bias - on International Women's Day (IWD) and beyond.

Future Restaurant Leaders
Futuro Programme (New for 2021)
We're super excited to launch our Futuro Leaderships Programme in Spring 2021. The programme is all about giving our Duty Managers the skills, development and coaching they need to be restaurant leaders of the future.
The programme will include coaching and development from our Operations team, an Apprenticeship, opportunities to work on exciting new projects with our Support Centre team and ends with our Big Event where you'll test out all your new skills by hosting a community charity event in your Prezzo!
