We’re all about supporting you to be at your best at work and with that we have a large number of wellbeing initiatives including everything from mental health workshops, free meals on shifts, mental health first aiders, Wagestream (our financial wellbeing platform), a wellbeing community, as well as a GP Helpline, where you can speak to a medical professional 24/7.
Our efforts haven’t gone unnoticed and in 2021 we were awarded Foundation Level in the London Healthy Workplace Awards, and we were shortlisted for 'Best Mental Health Strategy' at the Employee Benefits Awards.
